The dry erase crayons write really well but it's the getting it off the board that is the hard part. They don't come off the kids dry erase board with the cloth that comes in the box. Windex or water is needed and the kids get really frustrated. I would stick with dry erase markers next time.

This product will be a Christmas gift and since it is Crayola Brand I'm sure it will be fine. I want to comment on the fact that I called the store in White Settlement Texas today and was on hold for literally (not exagerating) 2 full hours. Calling in attempt to find a hard to locate item. Guess they don't want to provide customer service so they just don't answer the phone. Thank goodness for a manager at my local [@] Store. I got the items I was looking for. He knows how to take care of his customers. I will shop at [@], NOT TOYS R US in the future.
