The skates themselves are okay. But if you don't like them or change your mind, Toy-R-Us is very hard to get a refund from. Very poor customer service. I bought 2 pair of these in seperate purchases. Picked up one and cancelled the other. They still tried to charge me for both 3 weeks after cancellation. Customer service was horrible on phone and in store. If I didn't have overwhelming evidence of their screw up, they would have charged for both. Store Manager awful.

My daughter loves these roller blades but after just two days of use the buckle on one of the roller blades has broken. She loves them so much that we just tighten them everywhere else so she can continue to wear them with out having to send them back in. I'm not happy about the quality but I am willing to keep them as they are now because they are so well loved and that I can barely get them off my daughter long enough to put them in a box and return them.
