My son was so excited to get these skates for his skating party so we ordered them with plenty of time. We got them quickly, but one of the latches broke when he tried them on. I called and arranged for a replacement pair. The customer service was great, but we haven't receives the replacement after two weeks and my son won't have his new skates for his birthday party. He even used his own money for this purchase.

I bought these for my son for Christmas. As an experienced skater I should have looked closer at the wheels. They are some fake plastic material that does not grip the ground causing the skater to work harder to move. My son was so frustrated and turned off from skating. Pay the extra money

Kids love the roller blades. So far so good. A little difficult to snap and unsnap but it's safer that way. Shipping was fast. Great for the price.

Horrible, horrible, horrible. The wheels don't turn because the bearings are bad, and you can't keep in control because the wheels side everywhere. The wheels are made of PLASTIC. Who does that? Would you ride a bike with plastic wheels? There's no grip, so you can't skate anywhere but your carpeted living room. Good luck using these outside. I'll pay more for rubber wheels next time.
