We ordered a Elmo doll for our daughter and within 24 hours decided to return it, as we were given one for her birthday. We were not able to cancel the order via online in time. So we figured we would just return it when it arrived. We took it to Toys-R-Us, only to find out that we could return for STORE CREDIT. We could not get our money back, unless we shipped it back to the warehouse. So we had to pay another shipping cost to return. We will never order online from Toys-R-Us again.

My 20 month old niece squealed with excitement when she opened Elmo on Christmas day! She wouldn't put it down the rest of the night and proudly showed it to everyone. It's small enough for tiny hands to cuddle and easy to push the voicebox.
