This self-contained train table provides a great spot for kids to play. It includes two drawers to store the collection, and the top reverses to show either scenery or solid green. The area available for the train layout is a whopping 49 x 33 inches.

his train table includes over 23 feet of wooden train track. It has plenty of buildings and scenery, so there are tons of ways to set up your customized layout.

Train buildings

The two-level Central Station has platforms, lights, and sound, and you can turn your train around at the roundhouse. There's even a wash to scrub your trains clean!

The town

There's plenty of action around town, as well. The heliport has an express train tunnel, and the suspension bridge lights up. A magnetic lifting crane with gears transfers loads from train to truck, while scenery and characters bring your train town to life.

This train table is AWESOME!! We got the same one with different track layout at christmas last year for my son when he was 2 and it was a MEGA hit. A year later it's still his complete fav toy. I have 3 yr old twins and a 2 year old and they love to play trains for hours, toss the track off and build lego's, etc. The girls have even done 'dance recital' on top the table and that bad boy is still in perfect shape! Save the intructions for putting the track back together and don't bother glueing the tracks down. It's way more fun when they can create their own patterns on the floor too! We were so impressed I purchased this model last week for my nephews for Christmas. Truly, can't say enough about it and you will not find a better value anywhere. P.S.- I put this together completely by myself in about 2 hours (i'm challenged when it comes to these sorts of things) because my husband was deployed overseas. If I can assemble it, anyone can.

I read reviews on the internet and looked at many train sets. I kept in mind price, durability, packing, and creativity. I opted to purchase this train set, since it seemed like a complete package. Assembly was not too bad, took about 2 hours to complete. While assembling this set I noticed that the tracks were a loose fit. Not moment sooner my son begun this use this set, I first noted that his hand would get stuck in the helicopter pad pass-thru. I also found myself re-adjusting and re-assembling the tracks as he played with this set. Maybe my son is too rough with this set?? I think I will need to screw the larger peices etc..bridge, garage, car wash to the board. I will also glue the tracks together and to the board. I would have also like to see the train track grooves a little deeper and re-design the trains to they stay on the track better...Overall it's ok

got this for my 2 1/2 year old for Xmas & so happy with it! Love that it comes with everything you need & could ever want at this age for a train table. Great storage, great accessories, will definitiey grow with my son. The only negative is that some of the pieces make sounds & have lights & it's almost too loud so we took out the batteries:) overall super happy with this table esp for the price!

Although some said it was difficult to put together, I didn't have any problems. One part was unsuable so I called the company and got the replacement part within a few days.
My 3 & 2 year old love it and it's the perfect height for them.

First of all, be sure to hire help while you're putting it together. It took my very well mechanically inclined hubby several hours with this thing. Very confusing, complicated, and frustrating and I still dont know if its right months later... the top bends in the middle and allows for pinched fingers and is not stable for the track and parts to even go on. He had to screw some extra scrap boards underneath so it would stay flat across. Otherwise good. Melissa and Doug is probably better. Shipping costs were RIDICULOUS despite the heavy weight and compact package. Though, my kids and nephews and all kids in general who visit LOVE it :))

Bought this for my 4yro son for his birthday, He loves trains and this was a great gift for sure!! The sounds and lights really make it feel real to him. The bad, a few sharp turns a hard to navigate without train falling off. Also packaging was odd and was missing a bunch of screws. No big deal easy to find at hardware store! Be prepared to spend at least an hour or two to assemble if doing alone! Would defiantly recommend!!

Love this train table, but love the track set and buildings even more. The table is built well considering price and size - I had no trouble assembling but it did take me an hour just for table and another hour for buildings - then 1/2 hour to set up track according to how it is displayed in pictures. The instructions include a detail map / description to help set up the track. The buildings have sound effects and one has lights. I like that most of the set is made of wood - some plastic pieces on buildings.

I bought this table for my 3 year old son and my 20 month old son. They both LOVE it. They play with it for hours. I actually have to negotate with my 3 year old to leave the train table. It does take some time to build, but it is well worth it. You shouldn't have any problems building it because the instructions are well written.

We got this train table for our son for his 2nd birthday. It is so amazing and so well made. I can already tell that this toy will stand the test of time with all the use it will get from all of our kids. Our sons love the trains and trucks and our daughter loves the little people. I have nothing bad to say about this product, it is such a high quality for a good price. I looked at multiple train tables before choosing this one, it more beautiful and came with more parts than all the others. We had it shipped to our house and it made it in less than three days. It took my husband 2 hours to put together and he said the directions were very simple.

I bought this for [$] on sale. It took me 3 hours to completely put together. It is attractive because it is simple, no commercial branding logos. It is made very well and comes with a lot of trains, etc.. My boy (2 /8mos.) loves it. For the price it is a very good buy. I highly recommend.
