I didn't expect it to have professional quality or sound, I also didn't expect it to be broken when I opened the box! One of the white keys is 'stuck' down, and two of the keys make no noise when pressed. Since I'm not the only mom who experienced this, I'll be getting my money back. Too bad, a baby piano is a perfect first instrument.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

This is a horribly built product! I bought it for my boys for Christmas.We opened it and some of the keys were broken. I exchanged it, we opened it and the top part came right off befoe we got the piano out of the box. So, I exchanged the product again. Once again the keys are broken! I do not suggest this product, it is so poorly constructed.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

We purchased this piano for our son when he was almost a year old. He's now 18 months and play with it just about everyday. It's very sturdy and plays like a real piano, only with a metallic sound. Our son flips it over, stands on it and bangs on the keys pretty hard. I can see this lasting for many years!

I purchased this item online, so I was not sure how the quality would be. It was open not even 5 minutes and one of the black keys broke right off. It is definately not sturdy enough for a toddler. Thankfully, I was able to return it at the store with no hassle. It is a cute item, but not sturdy enough for kids to play with.

I have no clue about the product. Toysrus cancelled the order. I never really was told why. (Apparently no longer in stock??)
