I bought this easel on sale for my 3 1/2 year old son. It is really cute, and he has enjoyed coloring on the whiteboard. I was a little disappointed with the design, though. There is a whiteboard side and a chalkboard side. The whiteboard side is also the magnetic side, and it also has the clips where you can put paper for painting. The chalkboard side has no clips and is not magnetic. My son doesn't really use chalk... so the chalkboard side is useless. I wish it was magnetic, so we could put his magnetic letters there. Instead, if we want to use the magnetic letters, we have to put them on the whiteboard side... and then take them all off if he wants to paint or draw. Very strange and impractical design, if you ask me. I am not entirely sure I would have still bought it if I'd known this, I may have looked around at other options first.

I bought this for my 3 year old son for Christmas and he is completely in love with it. It was easy to assemble and hours of fun for him.

Most of it is made with good sturdy plastic but it has a tray under it that is very light & cheapy. It falls off 4 or 5 times a day. mostly if touched. when it falls off, it causes the legs to spread. Then it messes up.

This is truly a decent product. I got this and the cheaper wooden Imaginarium easel as part of a buy one, get one 50% off deal. Both have their benefits, and both have some drawbacks. I got this one for the magnetic capabilities. I switched out their letters for the Melissa and Doug wooden letters. There isn't a whole lot of room, but you can fit the Melissa andand Doug numbers 0-9 comfortably across it. The letters they send with it are okay, I wouldn't rush out and buy the Melissa and Doug letters, we just happened to have them. The white board actually works pretty well, surprisingly. The chalkboard is nothing special, I believe it is just plastic, but it actually erases pretty well. The paint cups and holders for them are nice. The tray is pretty small, and this is not designed for 2 children at the same time. It actually does include a dowel for a paper roll, but the normal size Melissa and Doug roll will not fit. It requires a much smaller roll. All in all, I like it, but I wouldn't have probably chosen it had there not been a sale.

It's great for coloring, drawing, writing, and many more. It comes with magnetic letters and numbers. The only con is that the magnets are tiny. Other than that, the product is great and would recommend this to friends.

We have had the easel for about a month now. My 2 yr old kid who is very excited about alphabets, numbers, drawing and magnets is having a fun time playing with this easel. Flexibilty of using it in 3 different ways is a big plus....

We got this for my four year old this past Christmas and she loves working on it. She has painted and drawn numerous pictures and used the included letters to spell words. She is a little tall for her age but the size of the easel is perfect for her. It was easy to assemble and while I would not say that it glides smoothly, it does so easily enough for her to do it on her own. I also love the storage trays that are large enough to hold paint, markers and crayons.

To date, we have not written directly on the surfaces so I cannot speak to the quality of the boards. I did notice that the instructions were very specific about not using cleaning products or excess water when cleaning them. If the surfaces allow for heavy usage and clean off well, this product will earn another star.

I bought this for my 2 1/2 yr old for Christmas. He absolutely loves it. It comes with the alphabet and numbers,2 tiny paint brushes, 2 art cups with lids, and a dry erase eraser. Unfortunately you will need to buy a paper roll, dry erase crayons/markers, drawing chalk and paints. The only problem I've had is flipping it over from side to side is pretty tough. Im sure it will loosen up as time passes and it gets more use though. Other than that, great item and highly recommended with a great price.

Bought this for my 2 year old's Christmas present. Very quick and easy assembly. Quite sturdy. Easy to clean. My son loves it!

We bought this for our 2.5 year old son, he really loves it. He paints using chalk and plays with magnetic alphabets.
