Everything it appears to be! Sturdy, aesthetically pleasing--Beautiful, solid furniture. MUST have 2 people to assemble--this will take some time--don't forget the washers!! Sophia, my little girl, 7 yrs. old adores this Dollhouse--Well worth the cost & time to assemble--I see it lasting for years as a toy for creative play for years to come--Oh-yeah--u can roll it anywhere!! Blessings:)^-^~

This is the greatest , my granddaughter loves it! she has 2 little cousins close to her age and all 3 can play at the same time. Just make sure the room or is big enough so that the dollhouse can be access from all around.
It would be nice if it was a little more sturdy, two walls have come down.

I did a lot of research before buying this dollhouse, at the end I made the right decision to buy it. The quality of this dollhouse is just awesome, is very sturdy, very well made and BIG too so you'll need space for it. Although we did not like some wall decor in the house, my husband and I changed it to make more modern girly. Overall it was by far beyond our expectation.
