Description



The Baby Jogger City Select Universal Car Seat Adaptor allows you to turn your stroller into a travel system by providing a place to securely attach your car seat to the stroller until your baby can sit in the upright seat. It is designed to fit several popular car seats including those by Peg Perego, Britax, Maxi Cosi and most Graco and Evenflo car seat models. (To configure for two car seats, the second seat for the stroller or a set of double adaptor brackets must be purchased in advance as these brackets are required to support the second car seat.)

This and all items from Baby Jogger are excluded from all promotions and discounts except where otherwise noted on product detail pages.

We use this with the peg perego primo Viaggo carseat and it works wonderfully. The car seat snaps on easily every time. Once in a while the little bar pops out (but this is only possible when it is NOT being used because of the way they designed it)we just pop it back in. But as far as when using it.... it works great. Snaps onto the stroller easily and the carseat snaps on easily too. I've had a bugaboo adapter when I had my bugaboo frog as well as my cameleon... I hated the peg perego adapter because I'd have trouble snapping the car seat on every time (only for a few seconds)... but a struggle is a struggle. ;)

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

    Even though it says on the box and the website that it is "universal" and compatible with most popular car seat brands IT ISN'T! Of the entire selection of car seats at babies 'r' us only two of them are actually compatible. My husband and I bought the adapter and were about to buy a car seat when we decided to set it up in the store to see how it worked. The instruction book for the adapter has a list of car seat STYLES from various manufacturers it can work with. If it isn't on the list it wont work at all! And no one who worked at at the stores had any clue about about this. Lucky we checked!

    Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
