    My sister bought this for her son about a year or two ago and it was a hoot! My sisters and I have just as much fun with it as my nephew! We took it to the park a couple of weeks ago (away from trees roofs, etc.) and had a blast. The kids at the park loved it as well! I recommend if you're having trouble with it flying off the gun (we don't shoot it off our gun) you try throwing the bird in the air yourself. That's what we do and it does great! It's held up well, considering it is quite flimsy-- but we're still enjoying it!

    This toy is really really cheaply made. I bought it for my 7yrs old for Christmas and it does NOT fly. Half the time it never leaves the gun, the other half it goes off the gun and right to the ground. I am very surprised by so many positive reviews for this toy. It is not durable at all. I would not buy it again!

          this will not fly, drops immediately to the ground. Very disappointing. was going to be a gift but such a flop I didn't wrap it. Need to return it but probably won't go through all the hassle

                Best toy ever! The duck flies really well and you can choose to have it fly in a circle instead of all over the place. Wouldn't recomend having it outside on a windy day because it does fly so well. Adults had as much fun as the kids!

                    My son got this as a gift for his 8th birthday. We hadn't seen it at any stores and didn't think it was going to be very exciting. It turned out to be his FAVORITE gift.                         I cannot believe the good reviews on this thing! The bird shot off the end and fell straight to the ground... EVERY time. There was no flying about it. It just lay on the ground flapping its wings. All went well except that LOL. What I mean is that it obviously charges and shoots and the bird is flapping its wings but it just will NOT fly.

                        The toy was awesome. We played with it for a little while, and decided to aim it up (if you aim it down or at eye level, it falls somewhat easily). It was a lot of fun until I aimed it up and it flew into the air and then continued flying really, really, really high. Like really high. And far. To the point that it flew about a hundred yards away and landed on the ceiling of a nearby middle school. So, fun toy, but don't use it near any available roofs or middle schools.
