It is awsome and really represents the feared covenant phantoms in HALO 3
and comes with two elite grunts, an elite pilot and my most favorite, the Arbiter. I have lots of Halo mega blocks and it makes a fantastic addition to my greatly outnumbered covenant forces. With this I also got a couple of figure packs and EVA's last stand. Altogether it is the best set i ever laid my eyes on.

First of all, this set is big. It is at least twice as big as i expected it to be. It has a lot of moving parts, and is very stable when you place it on the table. Possibly my favorite set so far.
The figures are the best covenant figures i have seen. They are also the first to have holes in the back, which is a welcomed addition. The arbiter's mould is better than the past combat elites, lacking the solid upper jaw, with several other changes.

My kids and I have built nearly every set of Mega bloks with only a few problems (mostly missing one piece here or there.) This however was the worst piece we have ever assembled. Please note this is not from a lack of experience or understanding of how to put these together. First off, there are parts in the instruction manual that are just wrong (block counts/etc) second, there were places the pieces should fit flush but no amount of pushing could get them there... why? Basically there were parts in the way. This was fixable by the addition of a few thin pieces here and there to balance out the build. Lastly, the final build of the device could use some tweaking to make it the display look and function better (like making the entire wing fixed like in the game. Overall the look is killer and it makes a great addition to a collection, but for the price I would like to think that mega could make it match the instructions. This would be difficult for new builders and more than a bit frustrating!

I've ordered several Halo Mega Bloks sets from TRU & the larger sets arrive with smashed in corners or dents. This is not good from a collecting standpoint as it destroys the value of the set. The box condition is everything.

The larger Halo Mega Bloks sets such as this one require much firmer packing material than what TRU puts in the shipping box. The Box they use is large enough but since so little packing material is used the inner Mega Bloks box just gets hammered by sliding around in the shipping box. TRU needs to get a clue and learn how to ship these sets. I'm very, very disappointed.

This was one of the best builds i ever did. though it took long to build it was worth the time and money.

this set is huge is has the first ever arbiter fig with purple energy blade based of ripa morromie the 11 arbiter from halo wars, a white eliete piolit with plasma pistal and `plasma granade, two white grunt ultras ( thats what they are suposed to be) each plasma granades the phantom has a gravity lift+stand 3 plasma canons a small cockpit and the top comes off so you can see in it.
