My 5 year old son had 4 small buckets full of his hot wheels. One day I had just had enough of having all these heavy little buckets to deal with. I started looking for storage. I bought one that said it held 100..not true!! and he had more than 250. So we returned it. It is nice beacause it is big enough to hold all the cars. The quality is not great, and the "decoration" is boring. The first thing my son said when he saw it was "It needs stickers!" But he loves it. It is a little pricy, but I guess it fits the need, so its ok.

After reading previous reviews, my expectations weren't that high to begin with. It works well enough to hold all those big pieces of track, though I wish there was a separate place for the little connector pieces. It's nice that it holds a few cars and the ability to race the cars off the lid was really nice, but the one side does not hold a car properly on the item we received, which was disappointing. Still don't understand why there's no latch to keep the lid securely closed, but it hasn't been a big problem for us.

it may not be neat but for us busy moms that like the kids to clean up the toys its wonderful it dose holds up to 300 hot wheels cars or tracks from about 4 hot wheels sets I got 2 one for the cars one for the tracks yes its not for collectors but for kids and they love the wheels on it its easy for them to pull around and take to grandmas or to a sleep over then home again

Every case we get for my son's Hot Wheels is the biggest piece of junk. I've returned two now this one. We looked at the other three in the store to see if it was just ours and it wasn't. the lid falls off when you open it. It has a compartment that holds cars on top, doesn't stay closed. The button on the top does nothing. Very disappointed.

Got 2 of these for grandsons. Nice to store cars but when placing the cars on top to race them neither case held the cars back for you to race them. Cheap plastic.

This is a good case because it holds all hinds of tracks and buildings from the race car sets. It also has a play area on the top where you can race the cars. My kids roll it around the house and roll it into the closet when there done.

I already have cases for the kids cars but this is great for holding all of the other stuff. Whoever designs the products at Hot Wheels should have added a big picture of a car on the side of the case. This would have made it look cooler like the other cases.

This is a trusted company "mathbox" has been around forever. The fact that this helps your child keep all the Mathbox cars etc in one place. It is like a tote with a handle, easy to pull around and put away.

This is so much neater than I thought it was going to be! It holds our tracks, some cars, and has a place to launch two of cars at the same time. I was going to get one for both of my boys for Christmas but decided I better just get the one. I wish I would've gotten them each one now!

I purchased because of the statement "holds up to 300 cars", It holds 10 cars. It may store up to 300 hundred. Depending on how many you can jam into the open tote. It is just a glorified plastic box. There is no way to find a particular car without dumping everything out. It is in no way worth the cost. None of the stores near me carry this. I now understand why, no one upon seeing this item would pay over $10.00.
