I had no problems with paper jamming, it fed through fine - I gave it a little push as it was feeding to make sure it would go through okay and it did. It's a decent product. Yes, the hair is kind of sticky feeling and to be frank, it doesn't look awesome. But it's printable hair, it has to be kind of gummy or it wouldn't be printable, and the stickiness didn't bother my daughter so it doesn't bother me. I used a very fine tooth comb to comb it out and it looks fine for it's intended purpose - a novelty for a child.

The star clip was okay but the black comb thing really is terrible. It's weirdly shaped and doesn't stay in my daughter's hair at all - I removed a star for that. I don't know why they would think a comb is a good idea for kid's hair, it's pretty awful. However, there is no law that says you have to use the clips provided - I just helped her clip it into her hair using a regular hair clip and it was fine.

My only other complaint is that the hair designer shouldn't allow kids to put items at the very top - it ends up printing on the top woven part, not the hair. Kind of annoying, but not the end of the world, either. It didn't bother my daughter at all.

Overall I'm satisfied. I didn't have overly high expectations thinking it would be soft, wig quality hair, and my daughter was absolutely thrilled with it - so she's happy, I'm happy.

My daughter got this as a present. She absolutely loves it. I don't see why there are any bad reviews anyone with half a brain knows to let them dry and if you follow the directions printing is flawless no jamming the printer, and of course the hair isn't going to look real it's doll hair it's the same hair as what is on the barbies. I would recommend this product to anyone with a girl who likes to play dress up and do hair.

My 9 year old has waited to open this last gift to have fun with it. After, reading all instuctions and my printer manual it will not print. I contacted Mattel and they stated they have not gotten any compliants about the paper jamming or that the paper is too thick. After, reading the other reviews about the ink not drying and the print not looking good. I am glad it is jamming and when I printed on other card stock paper that I have and it does not jam. So, I am glad when she grows up and understand that not everything works the way they say it will.

I didn't know what to expect after reading the horrible reviews. But it is great! My six year old did it by herself. I even wore one around the house for fun. It worked perfect for us. Definitely a fun activity, we are planning to buy more hair pieces to decorate.

my 6 and a half year old was very excited to get this as a gift. When we started working on it together she seemed to get frustrated when designing the hair. The designs weren't as she was trying to make them. The clips are difficult to get in to the dolls hair and she lost interest quickly. Also, it takes up a great deal of ink from the printer. Not such a great gift.

The grandchildren love it, and their moms say they print just fine in their printers. I have heard no complaints from any of them about the product. I had read some of the printer complaints before getting these, but they have not proven to be true. These are great for elementary age girls that like to wear hear feathers, etc.

This was very easy to use and the website it very kid friendly! It is a little messy, but you have to wait until it is dry! Worked great on my Ink Jet printer! My daughter loves it!

This not only didn't work, but the hair was so sticky and got my printer so jammed up, that the printer now doesn't work at all - everything we try to print just gets stuck in it. Was frustrated that I wasted money on the product, but now just angry that I also need to fix/replace my printer. Mattel's customer service was completely not helpful. Save your money - go buy pre-made hair extensions!!!
