The little g diaper pants are a machine washable, soft cotton outer pant made of breathable material, just like sports clothing. Each pair of little g diaper pants comes with one snap-in liner made of highly breathable, waterproof material. The snap-in liner means less washing, and faster and easier changes. Because gDiapers pants are breathable, your baby is far less likely to get diaper rash. Use our little g pants with gDiapers plastic-free flushable refills (sold separately) or cloth pre-folds. We recommend having six pair of little g pants on hand for full time gDiapers use. This product is: 92% cotton, 8% spandex, no elemental chlorine, no perfumes, no latex and no guilt. Small: 8-14 lbs. Medium: 13-28 lbs. Large: 26-36 lbs.

gDiapers, great alternative!

Comments about gDiapers little gPants 2-Pack Galley Blue and Glacier Blue (Medium):

I love the gDiaper, although at first, I was intimidated by them. For the best results use the whole product, gdiapers with their reusable inserts (I haven't tried the disposable inserts). I tried a prefold diaper, and while it worked, the gdiaper inserts are the best. They pull the moisture away and even after use they still feel dry.
First, for best results follow the washing instructions. I noticed some complaints about the velcro getting stuck on the diapers and snagging - when you wash them, make sure the diapers are closed and this will not happen. To make the liner last wash and hang dry (I use a baby pants hanger and clip them on to dry). As well, go onto youtube and watch a tutorial on how to put the diaper on your baby. It is important to put the liner between the baby's leg crease around their tush. If you don't the diaper is on wrong and will leak.
Over all this has been a great product that I have been using since my son was 4 months old. I only use gdiapers now and have had no problems. He's growing out of his mediums and I'm beginning to buy large. He is a big baby 13 months and 26 lbs - I think most babies could get away with using the mediums a little longer than he did. But, 9 months of use and they are still in great shape, I can't complain. I have 6 pair of gdiapers, 12 liners and 18 inserts. If your starting with a newborn, I would recommend atleast 8 covers to start (newborns tend to have more "blow outs" no matter what type of diaper you use). 6 gdiapers have been enough for me, but, I am a stay at home mom, so I have the time for laundry. I rinse the diaper and put it in a designated laundry basket. People have different methods of what they do with the soiled diaper.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
