I originally bought my 5 yr old son the hexbug scarab which is the bigger bug and it started slowing down after only an hr of playing so i brought it back and got my son this starter set and after about 2 hrs this one does the same thing. I emailied the company and they said this is normal which i dont think is good quality after only a couple hrs of playing. Its a shame because my son really enjoyed it but we are done with these hexbugs.

Toy r us don't answer call when calling to find the product I've order during this family reunion over three hundred dollars worth of toys won't use Toy r us no more.
