Surprise your child with the Monster High CD Boom Box. This pink-and-black boom box features a CD player, AM/FM radio, built-in speakers, and an auxiliary input for your MP3 player. The boom box can be plugged in with the included AC cord or transported while being powered by seven C batteries (batteries not included). The Monster High CD Boom Box features the trademark Monster High skull graphic on the CD pop-up top as well as several other fantastically ghoulish graphics. This stereo includes programmable CD tracks so your little "ghoul" can rock out to his or her favorite music over and over.

Features and Accessories

The Monster High CD Boom Box features AM/FM radio, so when your child gets tired of listening to CDs, the option of listening to the radio is available. The stereo includes an adjustable antenna to help tune in radio frequencies and fully utilize all stations on the dial.

The Monster High boom box can be powered by plugging the AC cord into an electrical outlet, or it can run on batteries. The stereo operates on seven C-cell batteries, allowing your child to take the boom box on the go as well as listen to music in outdoor areas.

The CD player is compatible with CDs, CD-Rs, and CD-RWs. It features programmable CD tracks, which are shown on the two-digit red LED display. The stereo also has an auxiliary input for your MP3 player, in case your child wishes to listen to tracks on the MP3 player's playlist.

Santa got this for two girls, ages 6 & 4 at the time, last Christmas. They were really excited & Santa was excited that they could easily load their own CD's without worrying about them being too rough with our $300 blu-ray player.

Is it amazing sound quality? No, but I did not expect it to be for the price. The one thing I noticed about the sound is that the music would initially start off quiet & then gradually get louder until it reached the expected volume. This process took maybe 1-2 seconds...kind of like a fade in. Other than that, it played their CDs & worked as expected.....until they were too rough with the top that pops open. They must have pushed down too hard at the wrong angle & broke the plastic piece that aligns the top with the bottom. It no longer closes.

Oh well, it lasted almost a year & I'm actually surprised it lasted that long at their ages. Had they been more gentle with it it would still be in daily use. May be time for Santa to look for a cheap mp3 player & docking station this Christmas.

I bought this boom box for my daughter for a Xmas present. I did read the reviews before buying however; I said I would be optimistic. I should have listened to the others & you should too. The CD player was making this loud spinning & scratching noise. We thought it was the CD so we changed them out about 3 times all with brand new CD's. When it did play for about the first 5 seconds of the song it started to drag & then the music stopped all together & then the loud spinning noise. Needless to say we were both very upset. I returned it to the store only to get a store credit. This is a piece of junk! Don't waste your time, money or gas driving back to have to return it.

This item is horrible! I got this for my daughter for Christmas and the CD player didn't work right. It kept fading in and out. I returned it and got another one. The new one is a little better but, still fades in and out every now and then. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON THIS GARBAGE!!!!

This was a Christmas gift for my daughter as she loves Monster High. First one would not recognize the CD so I took it back and exchanged it for a new one. Took it home plugged it in it played for 5 seconds. Then nothing but a loud whining sound. So that's two of the exact same product that are defective. Best use of this product. Garbage can weight.

I bought this radio for my 5yr old daughter for christmas. The radio only worked for 15mins before going out no sound, nor power. Once wiggling the power cord the radio cut on than off again. I don't recommend this product if you know your child really like monster high because they will be disppointed.

Major let down!! Will not play a CD at all, just keeps saying No. After an hour it finally started the CD with lots of crackling sounds in the speakers and then stopped and wouldnt start back. This item will be returned!!

I bought this item for my daughter's birthday. I opened the box and it put a cd in. It worked a few seconds, then it went silent. I exchanged it for the Winx version as the store had sold out of Monster High....Same problem with that one. This was a waste of money and time, not to mention a disappointment to my daughter.

Read all reviews on here and still bpught anyways. Absolute piece of junk...stopped working 30 seconds into operation. Went to [@] and bought my daughter a real cd player instead.Dont waste your money!
