This ride on toy appeared to be fully assembled and had some sound functions. If you want a foot powered toy it may be ok. That is not what we intended to purchase but I can't fault the product for that or not recommend it to anyone else.

Item is not as described, listed as a Powered ride on and it's actually not powered. It is also very small and would not be suited for a child over 18 months old. Beware of Toysrus' outdated return policy that only allows you to return items purchased online in store for store credit only. I repeat if have to return an item to a B&M store they will only give you store credit. They do not carry many powered ride on toys in my local Toysrus so we ended up purchasing one from somewhere else.
