Just spent quite some time blowing up the ballpit, only to hear a hissing sound. The seams were not sealed, and all my hard work just evaporated back into the atmosphere. Not a happy camper.

Not worth buying. Ball fall outside the pit, hits the fan. Inflates frequently and require a electric motor to pump several times.Balls does not stay on the roof till the kids go in the pit..

It is alot of fun for my kids ages 1yr, 2.5yrs, and 5 yrs but it is top heavy and I have had to replace it twice so far. The seam gave out the first time so I contacted Step 2 they actually replaced it quickly but then a few weeks later the kids got a hole in it again so I bought another one. Also the fan thing doesn't work like it should and you have to make sure it is completely blown up or it leans from being top heavy and like another poster said it is hard for smaller kids to get the balls up there.

Love the design of this ball pit however it is so high the children are unable to put balls on top. I have to gather all the balls and then dump them on top. The rotating ball deflector idea sounded good when I bought it but it actually does nothing. I just removed it. I do like the ball pit area and I like that it has seating but it's just too high.

I purchased this product for a gift and was quiet surprised when I opened it up. It's attractive color and design make it interesting for all children, however was very disappointed when it deflated overnight due to leaks in the seam. (Step2 needs to make this product more sturdy and make it not so top heavy). I could not find the leak so I called Step2 for a replacement and without question Step2 is shipping a new one. I'm very pleased with all of the Step2 products we've puchased and the customer service.

I am a home child care-giver. I have a full week of ball pits. I am a little disappointed in this ball pit. It is too high for kids to add the balls. The kids liked it but I have to put the balls on top and they shake the sides for the balls to come down because the propeller part does not work as well as just shaking it. I don't know how it will hold up because it came on a Friday so there was just one day for the kids to play with it. The kids were excited to play in it and they did like it. I hope it holds up the next time I put it out.

Within two weeks this product had so many holes, including at the seams, that it had to be thrown in the garbage. I was able to repair a few of the holes but the seams were not able to be repaired. There are no patches made for this product.

The baby enjoys the pit. I do not see the point of the spinning top. It does not hold the balls and when it spins the balls go all over the room. The bottom is sturdy.

I bought this as a Christmas present for my soon to be two year old. When we blew it up on Christmas morning is had a hole in it. We put some packing tape over that so he could play with it. The dropping balls looked neat in the picture but they just get tossed all over the place and you need a bunch to really have fun. We are returning since it is damaged and will look for a different style.
