Did not keep my almost 5 year old's attention very long. The tweezers are very hard to use as an adult,let alone as a child,so we both use our fingers. There needs to be a timer or something (or better rules when you should switch turns). We just keep grabbing the eggs until the dino attacks and eventually I find myself wishing it would hurry up.

Fun Game

my 3 yr old son got this as one of his birthday gifts. It is fun and made well. The only complaint my son has on this game is that the leaf doesn't go up high enough to try and get the eggs, which is prob the point t make it harder. He also has a hard time using the tweezers right now, so he sometimes tries to use them or he will just use his fingers.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I got this for my 3 year old son a few weeks ago as soon as we saw it because he loves t-rex's. He loves it and laughs like crazy as soon as the trex snaps. It is a bit hard to use the little tweezers it comes with, so we just dig the dinosaur eggs out with our hands.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend
