The product has worked great for us. Sometimes you have to push twice to get music to work. My son loves it. He scrubs his hands great while listening to the Thomas music.

This was really cute until we opened it and realized there is no lights or sound. We can't figure out how to make it work. Can see thru where the batteries are but can't figure out how to open it to get to them. There are no instruction on the product and I have not as of yet been able to find any instructions/troubleshooting on-line. VERY disappointed in the price paid for this product that does not do what it says it does from the start.

Soap comes out, but no lights and no sound. Can't figure out how to open it up to change batteries. We had bought two (Buy one get one free), but neither one has lights or sounds. My young son asked if the Easter Bunny was lying, when he put stuff in my son's basket that didnt' work.

Was so thrilled to have finally found this I had been looking since Christmas, gave it to my son in a Valentines basket and of course he wanted to try it right away but NO lights and NO sound...so bummed, not sure if I should contact store or manufacturer. So it is just plain old Thomas soap with out the fun stuff :(
