The plastic is cheap, the battery cover is secured by a tiny screw so you need a micro head phillips to get it out. The screw is so cheap that after removing once the head is stripped. Doesnt work if you hold it at an angle, not user friendly for a three year old. My son was so excited to get this for christmas and we are so dissapointed with it. Its going back to the store this week.

Before I purchased, I had read many reviews about this product not working but decided to take my chances. And sure enough, it does not! :-( Even the adults can not color with this pen. It just does not "connect" and is very frustrating for all. It is being returned!

This is a horrible product. You can download this app for free and get better results with your finger. The pens only work if you press doen really, really hard. Ar first I thought it was the Otterbox case, but I tried it on my iPad, which does not even have a screen protector, and it would still not work unless I pressed down ridiculously hard! This will be going back to the store! I would give this zero stars!

We followed all of the easy instructions and it still doesn't work well. It either won't "color" or you have to hold it at a weird angle to get it to work. We even asked our daughters teacher to try it and she got the same results. This is getting returned.

You have to push down so hard to make the pen work your hand starts to hurt before you can color one object. Our fingers work better than this pen. We travel a lot and we were hoping that this would help make the time go by faster.

I tried to activate the stylus and was unable to turn it on. I asked my 12 year old grandson for help and he could not get it to work either. Since we had ordered two, we opened the second one and after several attempts, we got it to work. Coloring is extremely slow. You color for several seconds before any colors show on the page. Much too slow to entertain a 4 year old. Settings are possible to restrict coloring inside the lines only, but that option only works part time. Overall, none of my grandkids wanted to keep it and we will return both of them.

I read reviews on this on multiple websites and everyone seemed to give it terrible reviews. My daughter got it for christmas and it works great! She's only two and she has no problem coloring with it. It keeps her occupied on road trips!
