            We live several states away from our Grandchildren, so for a special birthday present we sent this remote control car....It broke after 20 minutes. They donot have a TRU store near them, so I had to fly back home with it to return to a store...So disappointed, but not as much as my Grandson.

                              I bought this toy to give my sons friend for his birthday, age 4. He was so excited when he got it, he loves Spider-man, but then his mom got ahold of me that night because the toy did not work....at all!! We tried new batteries multiple times and nothing. I called Customer Service and they offered a replacement to be sent. Overall we had a defective toy and a heartbroken 4 year old waiting for a new toy.

                                  My son received this as a birthday gift for his 4th birthday from a friend that lives afar, thank goodness for on-line shopping. The first (original) one didn't work. So I then called the very nice, helpful customer service people at Toys R Us; they promptly sent out another one, well that one didn't work either!! Mind you new batteries were placed in the car & remote both times. Very disappointing to see my 4 year old so excited to get a Spider-man remote control car that DOES NOT WORK =( I would not recommend this toy, there must be something faulty with these cars. They are very cute, but cute doesn't cut it when its supposed to be remote controlled!
