I ordered this and the second hand was broken on it plus the front had scrates all over it. I went to exchange it and all of the other clocks has bad scraches on them as well. I got a refund instead. Advice for the maker of this product, maybe you should pack the clocks a bit better to avoid the scratches

I purchased this clock for the baby room. When it arrived though the front cover (which is just a flimsy piece of plastic) was pushed in so far that it was prohibiting the hands from moving. I exchanged the clock and had the exact same problem. It just doesnt work.
