Bought this for my 5 year old because she really wanted a scooter and this model was very disapointing. The handle bars are locked in place and don't turn and the only way you can get the scooter to turn is by leaning which is not easy for a 5 year old. If u can get it to turn it has the turning radius of a semi truck. I would not recommend this scooter for anyone unless you want to go straight at all times and then pick it up to adjust where you want to go next. She was very disappointed and gave up on it after a couple of minutes playing on it. I don't understand why they would design a scooter like this for little kids.

This is the perfect beginners scooter. It's very stable and durable. She hasn't fallen or gotten hurt at all and she's never been on one before.

It was so easy to assemble & this is my daughter's absolute favorite favorite toy! we've had it for awhile and she uses it everyday. it's very sturdy and the price is not bad.

Well made product, newer version with smaller front wheels made this scooter a lot easier to maneuver than the older version with bigger front wheels. But I noticed our neighbors' daughter's scooter which has only one front wheel and 2 back wheels (from another brand) seems even better. Nevertheless, my daughter loves her scooter and we're glad we purchased a great brand, Radio Flyer at a great discounted price from ToysRus online!

I bought this for my 4-year-old, who was not very coordinated, because I wanted something that would be stable and safe. It was stable, but it was also impossible to make it do anything other than go in a straight line. There is no real steering with this scooter.

My 3y/o has been wanting a scooter but most scooters were for 5+y/o. When I saw this one I knew I had to buy it for my little one. She loves it! The wheels don't turn past a 45 degree angle which is a great control feature. It's the perfect height and although she fell several times on the first ady, she's getting the hang of it.

My daaughter loves this scooter! It feels slightly flimsier than another very similar plastic scooter her sister has (same age group), but only time will tell. Hoping it lasts until she outgrows it.

After researching for the best 1st scooter, I had two choice 1 wheel front and 2 back wheels or 2 front wheels and 1 back wheel. Radio Flyer scooter has bigger base for feet and 1 wheel allows easy to ride. I wish this product could grow with age as well.
