    It comes all assembled and with battery included. I suggest to send the battery pre-packaged, not in the actual battery device.

          Received product and it did not make the Neigh or music sounds. Contacted customer service and was told I can return this product by mail (my expense) or at the store. I went to the store and picked up a new one. 2 yr old was afraid of the sound (It is pretty loud for a child). Just removed the batteries and she loves it.
