          Like many other reviews, our monitor stop showing an image around the 10 month mark. Everything we have tried has not resolved the issue.

          Paying more for a better product would have been a wise choice.

                Monitor started to black in and out and now is completely black... I push the "code" button on back of monitor and it works for about 2 minutes and goes black again. Never got the protection replacement plan, hoping the company will do something anyways.

                  Just like everyone else this product stopped working at the ten month mark. Now all we have is a monitor to use when our little one naps during the day. I would have rated it no stars but t wouldn't let me. DO NOT BUY THIS ITEM!!!!!!! RUN FROM THIS ITEM, SPEND A LITTLE EXTRA AND GET A BETTER QUALITY ONE!!!!,

                      I bought this camera 10 months ago. I had to mount it high enough to be able to see the entire crib, which makes it difficult to turn the camera off. Less than 5 months of use caused the infrared sensor to short out and now I have nothing more than an audio system only (except for nap time on very sunny days).

                              The product worked well for about 10 months. Just like the other reviews stated, our monitor went blank. So far it still works during the day, but after dark there is no picture, only sound. This is very disappointing. We got pretty used to being able to see the baby all the time.

                                The monitor worked well for about 3 months. The screen went blank but the sound worked on and off from month five on...(now at month 10) almost always blank with only sound.

                                  The babies r us brand monitor we got as a shower gift is only 6 months old and has stopped working. We continue to have problems but now it just does not work at all. I have contacted the company for a replacement...we will see if they stand behinf their products. Spend the extra money and upgrade for longevity.
