Another one of the "must haves" for any parent with a new baby. Useful not just for breastfeeding but for bottle feeding, burping, napping on mom/dad and won't tire out your arm(s)! Useful for propping baby and once baby starts sitting, nice to use to protect their head in case they fall back while still unsteady with sitting. My son is 8mos old and we still have it in his play area and once in a while he likes to just lean back and rest on it. Pillow & slipcovers all easy to clean. Only con is that the slipcovers are a little pricey and you definitely will need a few because your often washing them (especially is your baby is a spitter-upper!).

My daughter was a month old by the time I got this pillow. It made nursing so much easier. I barely had to hold her. It relieved the strain on my back and shoulders and it helped me stop slouching while I was nursing.I even think it helped my baby burp better. As soon as she was done I'd lift her and she'd burp, without any patting or rubbing. I tried using it for propping but my daughter doest like that so much. That has more to do with her than the pillow. Overall, this purchase was more than worth it.

I guess I'll preface this by saying I really wanted a breast friend, not a Boppy, but after muscle fatigue during late night feedings, I decided the Boppy I received as a gift might help. All I got out of it was frustration. Well, frustration and some serious back pain from having to hunch over. My baby is only 5lbs. I attempted to use the pillow to support a football hold, and it was not worth the trouble. It sagged so much that even while hunching over I had to hold the pillow up so that my baby could stay latched. Maybe the Boppy will be usable down the line for proping/sitting/tummy time.

The only positive I have is that the print is cute.

This is an absolute essential. You will get serious mileage out of this purchase. Great for nursing, napping, propping them up as they get older, etc. My little guy is ten months old and I still find uses for this pillow.

This pillow is helpful with nursing, but ultimately is a hassle. I have a small baby and she tends to roll over into the middle, like a previous reviewer described. This pillow is really nice for tummy time, propping baby up when playing, watching her mobile, and even naps. The peas are cute. The cover material is crisp and thin.

The pillow works great for breast feeding. It's so comfortable!! It had multiple uses I can prop up my baby for sitting up. Also use it for tummy time. This product is made with quality and it's very easy to clean. Luv this pillow!!!

Must have item for feedings. It makes holding the infant alot more comfortable.
Honestly a pillow would do the job too, but the shape of the boppy and how it fits around is very convenient.
Would not go for the vibrating style. Stick to the basic boppy.

I got this pillow following high recommendations and am not so impressed with it for nursing - It doesn't sit flush against your waist, which makes nursing a smaller baby hard with it - they roll into the gap slightly. It's great for propping up baby though, excellent to have on hand for that purpose but I would recommend looking to another type for a nursing pillow.
