        I am very happy with my born free bottles. I used them for my newborn up until 13 months then I transitioned to a sippy cup. I never had any issues with these bottles. I have never had any leak problems, unlike the Avent bottles that I owned. It was great on preventing gas. Washing the bottles is not a problem for me. It's not as easy to wash as the AVent, but at least it does NOT leak!

        Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

        I stronly recommend these bottles!!! Have no complaints and are worth every penny. I used them with my 2.5 year old and are corrently using them with my 7 week old and I still love them. If you are planning to buy them you are better off going with the 6 pack, 9 oz set. The gift set is not worth it since you will not be using the 5 oz. bottles for very long and you can use the 9 oz. bottles instead! This time around I went straight for the 6 pack bottles set instead of getting the gift set because I ended up buying more bottles in addition to the ones in the set. Over all these bottles in my opinion are worth the price!

            My son would collapse the nipple in a standard bottle with the vent in the nipple. The only real options are Born Free bottle & Dr. Browns. The structure of the Born Free vent is SOOOO much easier to clean and the bottles work great for him. Couldn't be more pleased.
