I got this to charge an iPhone in the car. It has the right shaped cable but it didn't work for me. In fact I tried it 3 ways. First as packaged - the included iPhone cord and the 12v USB adapter. No joy. Then I tried the cord with a different USB charger - worked intermittently then stopped. Finally I tried the 12v Duracell adapter with a different iPhone cord (apple original) - nothing at all. (The last combination, different charger and apple cord - worked fine).

What I am forced to conclude is that they somehow packaged a defective cord and a defective charger in the same kit. Or maybe the loose connector somehow shorted out the charger as well? Either way, it's shocking that Duracell would lend their brand to such a poorly made and junky item. Buyer beware.
