I've had my Xbox for 2 year or so,after returning 3 defective ones.(bought store warranty)
Stopped working last week and xbox wanted 99 bucks to fix.Would not budge on a free repair or trade in or even a coupon when I said not interested in a repair would rather buy new.Also support alway's felt like talking to a machine even in 1 on 1 online support.
