We get 2 tubs every year and its always a hit. Just wish they came with more coloring paper for their price.

I would not buy this product again

This art and crafts box is going to be fine for my nieces as gifts, but it wasn't as great as I thought it would be. I did not want the model clay and thought this one did not have it but apparently I was wrong. I bought a bigger much more awesome Crayola art kit (think metallic crayons, etc. ) at a big box wholesaler for the same price. still, i suppose this one was a good deal at buy one get one 50% off. We will see how it goes over when they receive this as a gift, but as of now I would not recommend it to a friend.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

I saw this in the store and got a good look at it, as the bin is clear on the sides. Love all the stuff it has in it, from crayons to markers to dough,

My problem is, it's all loose in there, which makes it difficult to be sure all the pieces are back where they should be. Crayola makes a beautiful fold out case where everything your little artist could desire has a slot and it's very own place. This helps foster some pride for their materials. This bin however is going to quickly end up a messy crate of art supplies. filled with crayon sharpenings and broken colored pencils

I would say this will be great for children younger than 8 years old when mom/dad are still picking up a majority of the mess and putting crayons in little slots might be difficult for kids. But I would suggest a nicer set for those kids who really enjoy creative time and you think would enjoy having a set that looks nice clean and tidy. I know mine do!
