My 10 year old has this toy. It is fun for her to play with and it stays together well. It is easy to put together. It doesn't come with a guy. There is no way to put a guy inside the truck.

My 5 year old son worked on this with my husband. My husband had to "direct" but my son was able to assemble 95% of the kit on his own otherwise. I like that this kit makes 3 different things. For the price, it is a lot of value and it has gotten quite a bit of play. We bought one other kit with this one to see if our son enjoyed Legos, we will probably get more now that we know that he does.
