Came damaged, shipping was horrible. This is back in June. Had to go to the store to cancel and reorder. Did not come, when called they said they were investigating the shipping co. What does that have to do with sending a new one, no answer. Cancelled order and could not get my card credited. Turned it over to the bank. This is Sept. and still no credit from Babies R Us. Cut up their credit card and will never use them or Toys R Us. They are rip off artist. STAY AWAY

I registered for this dresser and crib togther and my husband and mine own parents all went in togther to buy it for us and had it surprise delivered on my birthday. We received the crib 3 days before the dresser and it went together beautifully. So we were super excited for the dresser. It arrived and the box was busted so right off I had a bad feeling, I was too impatient to wait for my husband so i started assembling it by my self (6 months pregnant). It went together fairly easily until the drawers. Usually furniture you have to assemble at home has camlocks or some kind of easy to assemble design. NOT THE CASE, drawers are poorly aligned composite material and most of the drawer faces had to be rigged for them to even kinda work. I had to rig every single drawer and then they were uneven when looking at the dresser. so we decided to return it. No we have to complete disassemble this disasterous dresser and take it to a UPS store to have them ship it because returns instore are only accepted on non-defective materials. We will never buy furniture from babies r us again.

HORRIBLE!! I registered for this item and received it as a gift. When it came my husband began assembling and found that on several wooden parts there was marker stains. Making matters worse once he put the drawers together they would not go together correctly and would not go into the unit correctly. We exchanged it for another one thinking perhaps that this one was just defective. The second one had the EXACT SAME drawer problem. When we saw the display at the store we noticed they had to use their own reinforcements and glue to make the drawers work. Bottom line: DO NOT BUY!

Assembly required! The wood for the drawers were bent and broke. The back of the dresser is cardboard. Pieces broke off different parts of the drawers. Terrible quality!

We bought this dresser to match the coordinating crib for our first baby. I wish I would have read the reviews for the dresser as well; i only read the crib reviews. I really love the look of the dresser but when we took it out of the box to assemble it we were overcome by a chemical almost fish like smell. After assembling we sprayed it down with lysol & febreeze on more than 1 occassion and left the drwers open to air it out; this did nothing. I called Delta and told them my problem & they told me to wash the whole thing down with warm water & baking soda & a damp cloth & let air out for 24hrs. It seemed to help a little bit but after puttting my babys clothes in it & dressing her for the first time after she came home I realized it did nothing & all of her clothes smell. I have tried puttting saches and Arm&Hammer baking soda discs in it & it still smells. I will probably try to wash it down again only becasue I have had to rewash all the baby's clothes & I am not able to put them back in the drawer. The smell is the only thing keeping me from loving this product.

I bought it with the matching Crib. I liked the size, good height to fit a changing pad and not too deep so it doesn't stick out too far. Construction is ok for the price.
My biggest and most significant complaint is the smell. After assembling the dresser, there was a very strong smell, I guess from the paint. I would characterize it as a fish smell. I figured after a few days the smell would go away, however after 2 months it's still extremely strong, even after leaving them outside and drowning them in febreeze. The worst part is that all of the clothes I put in the dresser absorbed the smell and needed to be washed. I'm still unable to put clothes in the dresser without them retaining the smell.

If i would have been able to return it i would do it in a blink.. Very bad quality, asembling is very hard because the screws dont fit properly, scraches very easily and in all dont think it will last no matter how hard u take care of it...very unhappy..

We thought this was a beautiful dresser when we registered for it. But when it arrived and we started putting it together all the screws started stripping out, and the ones that didn't strip ended up splitting the wood composite materials used in the dresser. We were surprised by the poor quality materials used in the production of the dresser. We have a Delta crib, which is awesome, so we expected a lot more from this dresser.

Bottom line: pass on this dresser and get one made of solid wood. It's worth the extra price.

We thought this dresser and crib set were different and pretty. We bought and put together the dresser. Three of the drawer faces came already broken...the screws were just falling out of them. I called and ordered replacement parts and the rep at Delta told me that they were on back order b/c there were SO many broken drawers going out! Then we did get the replacement drawer pieces and within a month another face broke off and screws were laying in the drawer (dangerous as we also have a 19 month old!) and then within a week one of the bottoms fell out of the drawer. This may look pretty but it is VERY cheaply made...and whoever is assembling the boxes/parts for mail out is not being careful and they are sending out broken pieces. We want so much to just scrap the whole cheaply made dresser but it matches the crib (which oddly enough is extremely sturdy) and so now we are stuck with it. Very very disappointing from a name brand like Babies R Us that we trust very much. I will never buy furniture from there again.
