The back rail of the crib that becomes the headboard to the double bed arrived split completely in half. If was impossible to get anyone on the phone on Storkcraft to answer the phone so I could get a replacement part. I've now submitted an email request. I"m not holding my breath. I guess this just goes to show you get what you pay for. I bought my first crib from [@]. Should've stuck with them. The quality of this crib is flimsy and poor. It looks nicer that it actually is and thats why it got 2 stars instead of 1.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
