Dora the Explorer Combination Booster Car Seatis designed with extended-use five-point harness and larger seat. Accommodate kids 22 to 65 lbs- Booster seat fits 30 to 100 lbs.; Easy-to-install LATCH connectors have a quick push-button attachment/release; One-handed harness adjustment, just one pull for a snug and secure fit; Patented 2-position crotch strap lengthens to accommodate growing kids; Built-in belt guides; 5-point harness design was developed in partnership with the European company Sabelt supplier of safety harness systems to NASCAR and Formula One race teams; Straps also have padded covers for added child comfort; Contoured seat shell with two-position recline is shaped to support child's spine and legs in comfort, even on long car rides; Deeper seat and deeper "wraparound" headrest provide superior side-impact protection; Seats are equipped with high-density EPS foam which absorbs energy in the event of a collision.

Seat cover can be easily removed and is machine washable; Headrest adjusts to three different positions to better fit your kids as they grow; Dual cup holders fit most Sippy cups and have an open-bottom design that won't collect loose objects which could be hazardous; High-impact thermoplastic seat shell is engineered with ribbing and reinforcements for added extra strength and superior protection during a collision; Patent-pending high-position top tether system controls forward movement of the child's head during sudden stop or collision.

I got this carseat for my 2 year old daughter who is in love with Dora and I could not be more pleased! My little Bell is usually a little terror in the car but now looks forward to her trips with Dora! We have gotten so many compliments on this seat and my two older daughters wish they had one that was in their size! It is comfortable, cute and most imporatantly safe! Thank you for making such a great product!

I bought a Sponge Bob and Dora Car seat for my 2 and 4 year old children. Although they look great, they are hard to keep the straps clean and straight once you wash them. The straps will easily get winded up and the cupholders are very hard to clean on the outside. The safety of the seats are imperative to put the seats in the right position otherwise your children will move all over the place in the backseat.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

The booster seat restrains to the seat very well.Although i suggest that you get it installed by someone at local fire department,ambulance service,or a car seat inspection location as with any car seat or booster seat!This gives you a better feeling about having the seat secure!My granddaughter loves to ride in her booster seat,and doesn't mind wearing wearing the buckle system because it is padded.Highly reccomend!!!

I four year oldthat face lit up when I opened up the box with her new dora car seat. She absolutely loves it. I love to hit rest, now when she goes to sleep her head doesn't hang off to the sides (no more crooks); with this seat it keeps her head straight. It even has to cup holders, that the cups sit perfectly down into. She always wants to go for a right now. And she wants everyone to see her new dora seat, she so proud of it. I do wish 1 of the arm rest would lift up, that wayI it would be easier to get her into andmy out of the seat, without lifting her up.
