These are awesome for my gassy little one, but it took a bit of switching to make bottles awesome. They come with an "anti colic" nipple ... it collapses when my little one tries to drink. So we used the regular tommee tippee nipples (the vented ones) with the anitcolic piece inside: WORKS PERFECTLY!

These are a dream for us, especially when using the 0+ month old nipples. It has helped a great deal with correcting and preventing nipple confusion, my son loves them and they are easy to care for, clean and assemble (with the Tommee Tippee bottle cleaning set).

When using these bottles, my little man has fewer bouts of hiccups and seems to be less gassy which makes him much happier after feedings when I am not available to breast feed.

This bottles just look cute But its a waste of money the nipple go inside the bottle while baby drinks, super anoying, and with all that parts inside is difficult to the milk go down the nipple when baby is drinking just litle milk (2oz). And to end with : way too much useless pieces to wash. If I could now that before I would never had buy that bottles.Very disappointed .

I like the nipples for the most part. My daughter really seems to like both the shape and the softness of them. They've not created any problems with her already shaky breast-feeding latch. Good for those BF-ing moms out there.

Unfortunately, the love stops there. The nipple (slow flow) is much too fast for a newborn, especially a BF-ed one. Half of the milk (liquid gold to us pumpers) spills out of her mouth. It's a huge waste!

The valve also doesn't seem to work very well. My daughter has actually started spitting up more after using these, despite frequent burping (after every ounce). The first time we used one, she vomited her entire meal after she was done.

She's also gassy. This isn't a problem we had with the other three vented bottles we've tried.

The number of parts is annoying and not worth the effort to wash considering the poor functionality of the valve. Everything must be absolutely clean and dry or else the nipple collapses. Since the valve tubes are so small, you can't get a towel or anything in there. Even overnight air-drying finds them still full of condensation in the morning.

I've also found that you can't mix powder formula in these bottles without clogging the vent.

They're really just not functional for either breastfeeding or formula feeding. It's like they tried to make a bottle to meet everyone's needs, but failed to really fit anyone's.

This product creates too many bubbles and gives my daughter the hiccups. When she latches it, the nipple becomes inverted. If your baby is a hard sucker, don't get these. You will need something more sturdy. I got suckered into these because they looked and sounded cool. Just go with the oldy but goody bottles.

I was trying basic nipples like evenflo and Playtex nursers which worked great for my other children post the breast feeding stage. This time I am going back to work earlier and needed my daughter to be able to both bottle and breast feed almost right away. Natural born breast feeder. Any bottle I tried, more would trickle down the side of her mouth than she would eat. This bottle offered the best design to help minic the latch of the breast. You don't have to find the air pocket to position it just right like the orthodic nipples, which also work but are not as user friendly. My best friend uses them for her son also. SOOOOOOOO WORTH THE MONEY! The right flow- no need to poke holes for a better flow or get flows above her age range! Hint though: Make sure you place the inner ring in correctly. If it can not seal properly it will leak. Only happened 1 or 2 times. Easy to avoid once you know you need to pay attention while doing it. Well worth the result! Even my daughters now daycare has asked me to send in only those if I can because of how they work for her!

I'm a 3rd time mommy and this is the first time I've successfully breastfed. My other two didn't take well. My new baby is really attached to breastfeeding and prefers the breast. Well, as I want my husband to participate in feedings I looked for brands that would work best for the baby. With my last daughter she liked the Avent bottles. We tried Avent and the Playtex drop in's and he didn't take well. I received Tommee Tippee bottles from my best friend. I wasn't convinced at first but I gave it a try as the other ones weren't helping. My son has taken to them well and he latches on with no problem. He has minimal spit ups and is not gassy. Yes it's a little more time to clean but so worth it. I'm so glad to have these as it's been great during growth spurts because my nips can't take so much feedings and having the bottle to offer instead. I love reading reviews for my choice in purchasing my next product so I hope this helps. :0) What a life saver! Thank you Tommee Tippee!

I researched this product and it looked like it had a great design. We purchased 4 of the 5 oz sensitive tummy anti-colic bottles. Unfortunately 3 of the 4 bottles had manufacturing defects as they were completely missing the valve in the silicone that allows air to escape. Interestingly, the instruction packets were also different in the different boxes we purchased. Only one set of instructions advised to inspect that this valve was working correctly. Glad I read it or I think it would have been quite easy to go ahead and use these bottles without knowing there was a defect. The baby would still get milk but the valve device would not be functioning so there would be absolutely no benefit to paying extra for the valve feature. This product is made in China and clearly suffers from quality control issues. Too bad, it would be a good product if it did not have these issues.

My 8week old is breastfed, and LOVES theses bottles. He hasnt gotten colic, and i am horrible about burping.The nipple shape and size is the closes on the market for my son. They are so worth the money. I work at a daycare, and it makes locating what bottle is my sons so much easier. The shape also makes holding the bottle so much easier.

the cons are that there are so many parts it makes washing them more timely. But i wouldnt trade them for the world.
