At the recommendation of my sister in law, who is a mother of 4, I stocked up on only Tommee Tippee bottles. She told me she's tried them all and these were the only bottles her kids liked. She was able to go from breast feeding to these bottles and back again. She's my authority on all things baby related so I registered for these and in my nesting phase, I sterilized and organized all of the bottles in cabinet never imagining that my baby wouldn't like them, but she didn't. She refused to drink out of them which was a problem when I went back to work. We tried a bunch of different brands and Dr. Browns are the only ones she'll take. I have a cabinet full of Tommee Tippees so I still try them from time to time and she still hates them. I'm not saying don't buy these. I just think its very baby specific, so whatever you buy, try one or two bottles before you invest and sterilize an entire cabinet full.

These bottles are compact and great for traveling in the diaper bag when used with the individual formula cups. I also like the wider bottle shape, it's easier for the baby to hold. One complaint is the plastic nipple falls into itself when she's really going at it, like it's not strong/thick enough. My baby was born tongue-tied so this brand's nipple shape did not work for her right away.

Also, like any bottle, you tend to get alot of bubbles if you mix the formula with water. the Similac SimplySmart brand works much better for less bubbles with powdered formula.

The pressure-release valve really works and maintains un-interrupted flow without baby having to "pull" harder.
However, i did not notice any significant reduction in the gas intake. You still must take time to burp else you will hear the gas noisily traversing the baby's tummy later. Nonetheless the Ped had warned that babies will take in lots of gas, regardless, just by nature of the way they feed.
The bottles clean well, take heat well, dont leak (if you get in as much of the nipple and surrounding "bulb", you will not need a bib or cloth to clean baby during feeding because there will be no seepage at the corner of baby's mouth), nipples last and....they look nice too. FANCY !!!

Quality is fine, but I could not get my daughter to use this nipple. I suspect she didn't like the shape of it. This is my first child and I bought this set thinking it would be a good value. I am breastfeeding (primarily nursing). I used the slow flow nipples, but they still seemed fast (as are other 'slow flow' nipples). We ended up using the Avent bottle set and this set is going unused. I recommend buying just a couple of bottles and make sure your child will take to them before buying a larger starter set.

Love these bottles! Easy to clean. My daughter loved these bottles. She started to hold her own bottle at 4 months. The nipples, width of the bottles and weight made them easy for her to use.

We will definitley be using these again for our next little one!

I absolutely hands down think this is the best bottle on the market. This is my 5th baby...and I have tried every bottle on the market for him. Some leaked, some gave him gas, some he just didn't like. So I purchased this set thinking why the heck not!!
He loves them. The nipple fits all the way around his mouth. (For those of you that remember the old Playtex latex nipples that had the short stubby nipple. It is similar to that one in the fact that it hits his nose and goes all around his mouth...hope that makes sense!!) I swear he is a different baby with these.
I also love all the accessories. The formula containers that fit in the bottle are genius. No more carrying around another bulky item. I also have the thermos. Keeps water hot for hours!!
The only con I can think of... the slowest nipple flow is a little fast. I'm not sure how a newborn would do. My guy is 4 months.
