It was so east to set up. Way better than that Dog I still have not gotten the hang if it. But this product I can take anywhere and it holds my 2 year old attention. Would be buying the other Tag when he is old enough.

We have downloaded this toy so many times, it hurts. I call 800# and of course can barely understand the person. person sends me email.
We do it 3 more times, still doesn't work. It was a Xmas gift, so out of luck on returning it. I don't care if you have a receipt, you should be able to go to Toysrus and trade a piece of junk in for one that works. We will not buy anything from this company again.

Leapfrog junior is great. works with a mac, no problem. My grand baby's name is on it, still no problem. He also is a brute and the products that I have acquired from leapfrog is virtually indestructible. Nice work.

This is good for my two year old. He can hold it and maneuver it with ease. You may want to purchase a Tag Jr book along with it because it only comes with a demo book. I like that you can program your child's name on it. It doesn't hold as many books in it's memory as the regular tag. I have 4 books in addition to the demo book stored on it, and that's all it can hold.

My daughter (3) received this as a gift last year and still loves it. We are getting all of our friends one for Christmas this year. We have loved all of Leap Frog's products, but this is her top pick.

This is a great product! We got it for my son's 2nd birthday and now, nearly a year later, he still plays with it all the time. Contrary to the previous post, I own a mac and found this whole system extremely easy to use and very compatible. As soon as you plug in the system you just follow the on screen directions and it's as simple as that.

I bought this for my child. Open the box and it wouldn't power on. Put new batteries in and still would not work. Called customer service and they were very rude to me. Then received an email asking me to open the product up and give them the numbers on the inside. Which of course I did. Waiting 2 days and received another email asking me to use a marker and deface the product with a number they gave me. So of course I did. I had to email them back with proof. Not a problem. Now they are telling me I need to scan my receipt. Okay. Keep in mind there is a two-three day period between emails. I check mine daily. They now just told me that they cannot send me a replacement or a refund. I have emailed them back stating that I can't return it to the store because they made me deface the product with a permanent marker and now the store won't take it back. I have never in my life been so dis-satisfied with a company and how they stand behind their products. I will NEVER EVER spend my money on a Leapfrog product again. I hope others will not as well, as you may find yourself in my shoes….with a child who is upset because they can't use their new toy.

DO NOT PERSONALIZE YOUR TAG JR WITH YOUR CHILDS NAME IF YOU ARE USING A MAC COMPUTER........... LEAPFROG JR IS NOT COMPATIBLE TO MAc AND WILL NOT ALLOW YOU TO ADD AUDIO BOOKS / FILES TO YOUR TAG JR DEVICE IF YOUR CHILDS NAME IS ADDED. I SPENT THE LAST 2 DAYS TALKING TO AN OVER SEAS PERSON WHO HASNT A CLUE AS TO RESOLVE THIS ISSUE ALL THEY HAVE SENT ME ARE EMAILS AFTER EMAILS OF STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTION ON HOW TO POSSIBLE FIX / REMOVE MY DAUGHTERS NAME FROM IT TO ALLOW US TO DOWNLOAD AUDIO BOOKS
