This infant carrier is not made correctly, baby does not fit in it very well. There is no way to tighten it to hold baby closer to your body, and it is extremely uncomfortable because it pulls all of baby's weight away from your body -- gave me major backache! And it's not any more helpful than just holding my baby in my arms because I have to constantly support him anyway with my arms due to the fact that it won't tighten properly. For the price, it really is a piece of junk. I am planning on returning it.

I would not recommend this product to any other moms, I really did not like it at all. In fact, I just exchanged it for a different brand and after using a different one, I realize even more how much I did not like this carrier! It was hard to get my baby in and out of it, the only way you can do it is to slide your baby in from the top. The part I disliked the most was that my baby's head would flop all around and there was no way to tighten it to keep her closer to my body. It was not convenient because I still ended up having to hold her head in place when I walked around. Also, the material on the bottom that goes around the baby's legs is a very scratchy material which made it uncomfortable for her, especially when I had to take her out of the carrier.

This is a wonderful carrier!!!! I had a Bjorn with my first and thought I would try this one the second time around. I love the Chicco much better. It is very comfortable for parents and baby. It is easy to get baby in and out and has a nice front pocket to further support younger babies with your hand as well as a velcro storage pocket.

Almost all of our baby products are chicco and we have been very pleased * I know some moms have had great success with this style of carrier however, my son is not a fan. The sides rub his face and by the end of an errand his face is all red and irritated . The white cloth sheds and you will have to pick white fuzz off your baby's face.. I have tried stuffing a receiving blanket into the carrier to help prevent contact with the cloth and the sides but now that he is bigger it is a tough fit. It is also almost impossible to get him in and out when i am alone. My son is a good sized baby however the carrier does not give him the support that he seems to be seeking... He presents uneasy and will cling onto me with his hands . I am going to try one of the wrap carriers .

Originally we bought the expensive Synergy Bjorn and both my daughter and I HATED it. There is very hard and somewhat sharp plastic in the crotch area that makes it uncomfortable for baby and there is not much support for the parent. Within wearing it for 15 mintues, the baby was fussy and I was too. This carrier solves both of those issues! The carrier is very padded for the baby's comfort and mine. The price is also a fraction of the Bjorn.
