We purchased this for our soon to be born first grandchild. The set up of the pack n play is a snap...but assembling the diaper changer and the napper were very frustrating to say the least! Plus trying to attach the napper is not easy.

As far as the pack and play, we don't use the napping feature at all. It's too soft and appears to be a smothering hazard. Our daughter rolls to the edge of the diaper changing unit, which is very annoying. We continue to use it for that purpose but it may become easier to just lay her on the bed to change her diapers. We will most likely fold it up and pull it out again when we can actually use the pack and play feature. I just believe this has alot of bells and whistles that aren't necessary.

Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend

This product is adorable for my baby girl. Only a few more weeks until I get to try it out and see how she likes it. The features are great! I will say, this pack n play is a pain to assemble. There are lots of pieces and accessories and I don't see us packing it up to take it anywhere other than our living room. I will say however (I will review seperately on the item too) that the travel lite crib is amazing for ease of taking places. I recommend this pack n play for an at home play area and napping station and I recommend the travel lite crib for trips to grandma and grandpa's house and such. It is super easy to assemble! Just a recommendation for those who are looking at this product and may want ease of portability.
