Bought this for my daughter as a stocking stuffer. It looked like fun when I was looking at it in the store but when we opened it up at home the smell was HORRIBLE. I didn't even want to let my daughter touch it, the smell was that bad.

My 3 year old and 1 year old loved this product. They would have easily used the entire product in the first sitting if I had not moderated them. Yes, the paper only yields a rainbow design, but my kids thoroughly enjoyed the experience anyway and didn't mind. We, too, have the orange Color Wonder hand with the individual paint, but my son spent more time with the mess free finger paint. He really enjoyed squeezing his own paint out and spreading it around.

we bought this to put in my 2 1/2 year olds easter basket. he was very excited and opended it right away, but then got very bored when all the pages he painted were still coming out in rainbows even when he changed how he was painting. so i got him the color wonder finger paints with the hand shaped holder which he enjoys a lot more
