Its a nice design but it has terrible instructions manual that doesn't fully explain which part goes where. I had it fully assembled but it took a lot of "trial and error." Some pieces of wood cracked easily when screws were put in and its hard to tell what part is what. It shouldn't be that way. One example, when assembling the swing support posts, it does not show properly which way the plywoods would face and which way to install them. The picture diagram is not detailed enough to follow. You have to figure it out yourself.

Main beam was warped. Tried emailing the company with no results. We went ahead and put it together. My great nephew is the only child that plays on it. Have had it up for a year and it is literally falling apart. Buy a different brand.

I was looking for a swing set replacement for my 3 year old daughter, she had a plastic one and it got destroyed when a tree fell on it on a storm, anyway, I was hesitating to buy a wooden one after the reviews I was reading, but I must say they actually helped a lot! It took my husband, my father in law and I to put this together in 9 hours. I followed the advise from previous comments, and spent the first hour separating the wood by numbers and the hardware, that really helped to find the pieces as we went. The instruction manual has on each step the pieces you will need, hardware and tools. So I laid down everything It was listed and get 4 steps ahead and then go back and help to assemble, that really helped to get the job done quicker. The swing set its really pretty and my daughter loves it!! ,

Love this Swingset/Clubhouse! Took my husband 2 days to put together, directions was well worded and there was no missing parts. My son is 2 and he LOVES this set and I believe this will last a long while! I would recommend this to a friend.

great swing set for the price. Kids love it. We hired two carpenters off craigslist to install it after we read the reviews. They have never assembed a swing set before and completed it in 9 hours. If you are handy and have the right tools it should not take 14 to 16 hours some people have posted. We are extremely happy with the swing set and would highly recommend it to everyone especially for the price

This was the worst item I have ever wasted money on! The wood was so light weight, I knew it would not last long. It took 4 days to complete this clubhouse. The first day was spent labeling every single part as the manufacturer didn't label anything. The kids had fun on it when it was up and actually functional; however, we had breezy day 10 months after building it (not unusual for the area we live in) and the system was ripped right out of the ground. The anchor system, which included wooden stakes split and the hardware split in two. The whole system was destroyed! When we attempted to get it replaced through the manufacturer as they claim there is a one year warranty, they gave us the run around. They claimed it didn't cover acts of nature, even though it was not even a stormy day. Unbelievable. They said they would send us the parts at a discounted rate and we would have to pay for shipping! The whole set would have to be replaced and there is no way I would spend the time or the money on something of such poor quality again! What company does business like this?!!! We are completely disappointed and my kids were devastated! I would never buy another play system through this company ever again! Hope this review prevents someone from wasting their hard earned money...

My husband and I read all the reviews and decided to take a 3 day weekend to put this together. We worked 6.5 hours the first day and 9 the following day. Except for putting the cafe seats and the flower planter in place, we were done at the end of the second day. It took my husband about an hour to finish it on Sunday. Our grandchildren absolutely love it! No, it wasn't easy to put together, there was a lot of sweat and head scratching, but thankfully my husband is good working with tools and wood, and we got it done. The directions aren't completely clear at times, and several times we had to backtrack and take apart some things to get other things put together, which is why we only gave it 4 stars. Seems like there could have been an easier route to the directions. We only had one piece of wood that wasn't labeled, but figured it out by measuring it, and all our hardware was correctly labeled, so we were thankful for that. One suggestion to anyone thinking about buying this product, and has been mentioned before in previous reviews, is to separate your wood according to how you will be using them. We figured that out after about an hour and separated everything and things went much faster. We anticipate many hours of enjoyment for many years to come with this product.

DO NOT BUY!!!
It looks good online, smaller in person. Not worth the money spent. Swings are too close together, clubhouse is too small, not enough bars for the monkey bars. The "chalk board" is just a tarp-like material that kids can get pushed through because there is no wood backing behind it, the rock wall is very small. The wood is too thin/small. I worry about the boards dry rotting and breaking. It's very small scale, my year and a half old son hits his head on the top of where the slide and rock wall is. He can't even see out the window on the side. Instructions weren't very easy to follow.

My 2 yo daughter loves it! She of course can't climb to the top yet but soon enough!! The only problem my husband had was a bag of screws was labeled wrong. Oh and there were holes drilled in the wrong spots. Easy fix though.

swing set with not so much swing. Overall it looks pretty, but the quality of the wood is low grade, some of the dowels werent drilled to fit the holes in the monkey bars, we were missing wood for the sides of the clubhouse. It's also smaller than it looks in the pictures.
