    Good size and padding, in addition to durability. I got the package with the box torn up and open, with it missing the paperwork and the sword hanging out, according to the tracking page it was in a train derailment but despite this the sword had taken little damage so it was still good to swing around and practice swordplay with the risks.

      My son collects all things NERF and requested this product. I like that when boys play aggressively that NERF is soft enough that no one gets hurt. I have rules about how to use these toys such as no pointing in the face, etc. I have been very happy with all my NERF purchases.

        I got two swords and their great. Their exactly what I wanted and Toys R Us was the cheapest place I could get two of them including shipping! :D
