Excellent product the kids are driving it in Illinois winter weather on icy roads, on grass, and concrete no problems at all. Great Christmas gift for them! Too bad the polaris RZR is still advertised, none were available so we bought this one. No disappointment in this one!

Our twin boys got these for Christmas. They love them. We were kinda of hesitant to buy them but glad we did. We've had noproblems out of them so far. Now mom and dad may need their running shoes to keep up with them. Very pleased to see how they run off road.

My son was excited about this product. Really liked the idea of a battery powered unit that would be faster than the standard electric ride on but slower than the gas variant. Disapointed to open the box and see the battery box was broken on receipt. After two hours of run time the vehicle stopped working. Replaced the foot pedal and the vehicle worked for about another hour before it would only work in reverse. Replaced the shifter knob and the main relay board. Vehicle worked for 15 minutes before forward stopped working again. The best place for these is to stay on the store shelf or to be put in the store dumpster.

VERY POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. DO NOT BUY! CANNOT RETURN IF THERE ARE PROBLEMS. BUY FROM ANOTHER STORE THAT ACTUALLY CARES ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMERS! IF I COULD I WOULD GIVE IT ZERO STARS!!!!

We purchased this for my son for Christmas when he was 6, he had already had and loved the 12 volt. We didn't feel he was ready for a gas powered one so we thought this would be terrific for him and it was for a short time. The atv moves by pushing on a pedal on the floor board..well one day it just flopped and he no longer could make it move. We called all the numbers given to us to get it fixed and were told none of them work on the battery powered 4 wheelers!!! So if your handy and can fix things yourself it would have been great and my son would still be using it but if there is a problem don't excpect any help from Polaris! And honestly its a lot of money to spend on something made of plastic and the company doesn't help at all!
