              My husband and I were undecided when I was pregnant between choosing Chicco or Eddie Bauer, we went for the Eddie Bauer and we love it! I love the color, something outside blue for a boy. Its light weight and the stroller is easy to carry and pull out of the trunk and steers and drives easily. It's not bulky or heavy. Only thing is that it needs a head support for newborns and some padding on the seat belt straps. Other than that we love it!

              Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

                    I have not used the product yet as my son has yet to arrive but did want to comment on the color. I thought I was getting a dark brown with brown plaid (no color listed in the product description) and when this arrived, where everything looks dark brown, it's more of a grayish/blue. Just wanted to give a heads up to anyone thinking of purchasing.

                    Hello. I have to say that I am very disappointed in the TR198 eddie Bauer Travel System. The stroller doesn't lay in the flat position, only in a recling position. Also the car seat carrier is light and i like that but the handle sits to far back in the car seat and makes it difficult to carry with an infant in it. It doesn't distribute the weight evenly. I wish it had 2 locking positions for the handle with one being directly in the middle. I spent [$] on this set and strongly feel it was a waste of money. I had an eddie Bauer system with my 2 sons a few years ago and loved it. It had all of the options I meantioned above which is why I purchased my 3rd system and have never been so disappointed. Also the shade that you pull over the baby is not sturdy. The plastic comes apart and does not stay fastened in the lock position. My daughter is 6 weeks old and I have taken in apart 4 times in 6 weeks.

                    Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
