I bought the bumper to go with the Finding Nemo 8 piece set. The padding seems sufficiently thick and the colors are great; however, tying the pieces onto the crib can be challenging if the posts on the crib are too thick or are not aligned with the strings. I think assembly would have been easier if the strings were longer. I had to tie some corners in an awkward way causing certain areas to lift up and have gaps between the bumper and the matress. I just try to pull down on the bumper a bit to stretch out the strings. I still haven't test driven it with the baby, but it still looks like it would function properly. I have the Storkcraft Portifino Crib and Changer combo.

Bottom Line Yes, I would recommend this to a friend

I really loved this bumper set. What was nice is that it came in 4 pieces. It was also very sturdy and not flimsy like most bumper sets. It was perfect for my baby boys nursery. I suggest the crib sheet set to go with it. It was a little expensive because of the Disney name, but worth it
