Using the uniqueness of each doll to show that every girl is different and that each of us are different and unique. Draculaura's wings are amazing and she holds a mask and an adorable skeleton doll. Cute as can be!

The product is fine. Its Toys R Us that is awful as far as quality goes. I ordered this 1 month ago. When I ordered it, they had a "buy 3, get one free" deal. However, after going through "check your order", and all the other scenerios, when i finally clicked "submit order", they THEN informed me that my item(the free one no less) was out of stock. I didnt get a chance to cancel order as when i looked for it, it didnt register. If I didnt know better, I would swear they stole from me. Its X mas, so i get they are busy. However, when i ied calling, I couldnt get a breathing person on the phone, only recordings. Then, i emailed. That was 1 month ago and i STILL havent received a response from ANYONE(although i did get an automated response.......AFTER THREE WEEKS). Toys R Us' customer service has long been rumoured as a joke....and i assure you, its true. Dont waste your time. The only thing they have going for them is their stock(they usually DO have what your looking for). Otherwise, they could care less for us, the customers, they are way more expensive, and they dont get how to run a website. Truly Awful.

This doll is beautiful in person and worth getting if your daughter loves monster high. I think its great that they are always changing up their look too. I just wish that it wasn't so easy for the limns to detach. My daughter has lost one of her arms already.
