        This is a very cute register. It has a working calculator and register function, plus it Talks! The buttons are large and well spaced, the bar code scanner works and there's a credit card scanner. The only draw backs we found where the cords are a bit short ( a safety feature we know) and there are no dividers in the cash drawer (the 3 year old does't care, it's more us haha).
        It comes with a nice assortment of boxes to scan and a bar code sheet. Huge plus regular household dtuff works too.

            My kids love this! My 4 and 2 year olds received this cash register as a gift from Santa and have been having so much fun with it. I found it online and only read good reviews, I was very pleased when we opened it up on Christmas morning. I had no idea it really scanned! It comes with UPC bar code stickers. Now, the food that comes with it is small but you can stick them on other play food too and it works. The kids love the microphone, the money, the scanner, the credit card swiper... all around a great toy!

              This is a great toy cash register! It comes with plenty of cardboard cut-outs that fold into the various products as well. We only folded a small number of them initially and kept the others aside as replacements for normal wear and tear. It did only come with one barcode sheet though, which can be scanned into a computer in order to make more barcodes using label paper if needed.

                My daughter loves this cash register! The two modes are great. The cash register mode scans and totals the purchases, teaching children how to find the bar codes and start thinking about a total cost. The calculator mode is mostly used for number identification in our house, being that we have toddlers, but will grow with them! Be ready for some truly fun grocery play time!
