This swing was an absolute lifesaver! It was smooth and quite and had lots of room for the baby to grow into. As he got older he loooved to play with the mobile. 7 months later and it's still going strong being used at least 3 times a day.
The only downside was the lack of portability. It has the option to run on batteries, but doesn't fold up for easy traveling. At this price I feel like that would be a must have feature. Fortunately, we combined a coupon and sale to get a better price.

The swing swings great without a baby in it. Once we put our baby in it, it barely swings. Our baby is ay below the weight limit so I know that isn't the issue. I'm very upset about this and wish I had returned it when I could. Do not buy. Test the swings by putting a weight in them and then see how it swings!

My daughter loved this swing, unfortunately it stopped working within 6 weeks. The vibration doesn't work any longer, the swing will sway for maybe 10 seconds before stopping and the music completely stopped working. This swing was great, now I have to see if I can return it.

Great product but poorly executed. The first time we assembled this, it was missing a part. So we had to re-pack all the contents and exchange for another one. The second time, we were able to use the swing no more than 10 times, and the the swing just stopped swinging! DO NOT BUY!

The assembly was simple, the hardest part was putting the seat cover on. Then we plugged it in excited about not having to use batteries and nothing worked. We tripple checked each connection...still nothing. I read and re-read the instructions. It says 4D batteries or AC Power, so we don't understand why the AC power doesn't work at all. Finally we picked up some batteries and it does work with them however one of the selling points for us was not needing batteries. Other than the AC power issue we really like the size and the motion of this swing. Our 2nd child is due in a week, we hope he likes it too.

We just put this together for our 2 week old son, and so far, it's really nice. It's very quiet. You don't even know it's on. And it puts him to sleep fast. So far, I love this swing :)

We bought this for our newborn, because the forward swing just wasn't working. Its great to sway baby, but sometimes mama needs a break. this is a good transition. I turn the swing on and make sure I also set a timer. If I don't choose the time, it will sway for about ten minutes, then shut off. My daughter seems to wake up and notice its not me when the sway stops too soon. I love the variety of songs. It's nice to be able to choose the sound and the volume. Its very sturdy and convenient. Everything is easy, except when my husband was putting it together, there was a section with the wiring that was a little challenging to figure out.

I bought this swing for my son twice. The first one I had to take back after I assembled it because the vibration did not work. I exchanged it for a new one and the vibration has gone out, it will only swing on the 1st speed, and the music only pays for 1-2 mins. I have only had it for two months! I am about going to return it for a completely different swing. What stinks is that my son loves it because it is so comfortable. I love it because it was not a bad price for a plug-in swing.

I bought this to replace my 6 year old Fisher Price Papasan Swing. I went crazy trying to find an affordable replacement, but I couldn't find one exactly like I had before. So I did some researched and decided to check this one out. I went to my local babies r us and tested this swing's durability and softness for baby. I love that it has a power adapter that the old swings didn't have. The side to side sway motion is very comforting for my baby girl and it doesn't have a hard back to it like traditional swings have so it cradles my baby for sleep more comfortably. She needs to sleep upright to help with her stomach digestion. She's two months old and almost 11 lbs and 23.5 inches and fits perfectly in this swing with room to grow. It has a good variety of sounds and volume control. Also compared to our old swing this is sooo quiet. You don't get that click-click sound of the swing going back and forth. If you turn on the vibration it is a little noisy, but not too bad and we don't use that feature all that much. I do wish it had a little mirror at the top and the mobile moved. Setup was pretty quick and easy, except for attaching the seat cushion. It took a bit of work to stretch it fully over the frame. But overall this swing is wonderful. I'm so glad I bought it and I wouldn't trade it for anything. Plus it is smaller and more compact than other swings.
