Broke first week of school

The yellow strap broke the first week of school. Of course I no longer had the receipt and toys r us no longer has the item so I wouldn't have been able to trade it in anyway. What a waste of money. But my son loves it so much he just holds the strap across his chest so I don't make him use another one. All in all, very dissapointing.
